Gert-Jan Stam

Gert-Jan is a theater maker, visual artist, encounter-architect. In 2012 he founded the transdisciplinary arts-collective TAAT, together with architect Breg Horemans. TAAT is a regenerative practice that initiated the Maas Lab in 2023, a collaboration with the river Maas in the Netherlands. Other collaborations include willow, goldenrod, blackberry and sheep. Gert-Jan has lead many workshops and is especially interested in how entities encounter and gather.
